Regular physical activity and exercise are important to the physical and mental health of almost everyone, including seniors. Staying physically active and exercising regularly can produce long-term health benefits and even improve health for some older people who already have diseases and disabilities. Exercising can also reduce the risk of falls which can give older adults the confidence to live independently. Tasha’s senior fitness programs are designed to enhance everyday functionality by improving balance, increasing bone density/muscle mass, and overall agility.
